Any or all of this furniture is available for use, as needed.
The common areas are a fully-outfitted kitchen and a bathroom.
Since I am out-of-town much of the time, this is an especially nice deal for the right person desiring lots of privacy. I am American and have very enjoyably and successfully lived with Japanese roommates in this apartment for over 30 years, so I am sure that we’ll have a nice time living together when I am there.
Monthly payment of $1,449 includes all utilities (electricity, heat, Internet).
1st month’s rent + 1 month security deposit is required to secure the room.
